Windows 10: PC Blue screens after opening Valorant, programs freeze after wake

I have 2 problems: My computer has blue screens every time I launch Valorant for the first time.Since my computer has been freezing, I've shut it down whenever I leave my desk.After launching Valorant, my computer's blue screensWhen I restart, Valorant launches normally for the rest of that sessionOnce I shut my computer down manually, Valorant BSODs me on the next openMy computer ALWAYS freezes after waking up from sleep or hibernation. PC Freezes for 1-2 seconds when launching certain programs

The PC would freeze for a few seconds when I open certain programs the first time after waking the PC from sleep. It would not freeze if I open the program again after the first time, until I sleep the PC again. Programs that would freeze are e.g. MPC, Potplayer, etc.

System specs in profile

Tried:
-Clean Windows 10 install, twice
-Newest drivers
-New Monitor, New TV

Sleep / Wake Function, malfunctions after waking

• No luck with the "trouble-shooter."
• Issues are: on waking, date increases by 6 or so days and many apps/ windows freeze on opening. I tried it again today, and a blue screen came up with Command Prompt and other suggestions to fix. By the way, on restarting, the computer returns to
  normal.
• On the issue of "recent system changes", it is a new computer I purchased a couple of months ago. It is running Windows 10 (64 bit), with MS Office (32 bit). I have uninstalled & reinstalled MS Office, over the internet.
• Have not "encountered any error message"
• Have not taken any "troubleshooting steps", except trouble-shooter.
