Windows 10: PC bluescreens like crazy unless in power saver mode

The past 3 days my pc has been blue screening and crashing constantly, it all started when i installed modern warfare 3 for the first time and about 1 hour into the game my pc just shut off and since then i have been hit with constant freezing and bsods, i have reinstalled windows, upgraded to windows 11, updated bios, installed every possible driver, done almost everything and the only thing that has worked is putting my power settings to power saver mode or putting my cpu clockspeed at 4.2GHz I have a i7 13700KF which is normally clocked at 5.4Ghz so im pretty sure its a cpu issue but i ha

PC constantly blue screens unless in power saver mode

Hi All

My PC has been blue screening for the best part of a year, I have done a clean install and updated drivers with no success, i have also replaced the motherboard and the PSU this is still crashing if not in power saver mode.

Some of the recent crashes are:
RESOURCE_NOT_OWNED
SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION
SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED
IRQL_NOT_OR_LESS_EQUAL

Does anyone know the cause of the BSOD' and how to resolve this or why power saver mode seems to get around this?

N78 - No time display in power saver mode?

there is "power saver" and there is "sleep", you mean N78 cannot display anything in power saver mode or it defaults to sleep and has no power saver mode or it has power saver mode with no options what to display while in power saver mode

 

Power Mode (Battery Saver)

When battery saver is enabled, what it does is to locate every power intensive activities, wich includes gps, wifi, auto-syncing and every other activities that runs in the background then switch it off, unless you prompt it not to.

In addition to this, the application reduces the amount of light, emitted from the screen, this is a very important step as the the screen light consumes more power, compared to any other application, the application further closes every app that are considered
not important, including browsers, and until you put these apps into use, it will remain dormant.

In this way, the system is able to prolong the life of the battery.

The longetivity of your battery, when using battery saver depends on how power intensive the application you are using is, but no matter how power intensive it is, considering the system is new, you should be saving at least, an extra 30 minute.
