Windows 10: PC Boot failure - solutions not working - 0xc00000e9

Hi all,I have read as much info as possible and watched loads of YouTube info to no avail. My PC randomly crashed whilst I was using it, and when I turned it back on I got the error code 0xc00000e9 problem with device attached.I started by unplugging everything and rebooting. It takes me to the error menu and then there are options:Enter: Try Again nothing happensF1: enter recovery environment it returns to same menuF8: for startup settings, screen goes a bit black then just returns to same menuESC: EUFI firmware/Bios settings, which does openOn that bios menu, I have checked and the bas

I have an Acer Aspire E5-575 and am receiving the following message. I am unable to safe recover or get to command. I replaced the SSD Hard drive and still get the same message. Cannot boot from CD either. Now what? Toss laptop?
