Windows 10: Pc booting error

Hello, I have built a my first pc for gaming purposes. I was in the process of installing Minecraft when an error message popped up on my screen informing me that my pc had encountered an error. The computer restarted and now forces the bios on me any time I try to boot up Windows system which it will not let me do I have triedpowering the pc on and off yet the same thing keeps happening. As a first time pc builder/owner I am seeking advice, Thank you

S.M.A.R.T. Error on boot

OK so I did what TRWOW suggested and it still didn't work. I decided to reflash the BIOS with the HDD with errors unplugged. After flashing it again, I shutdown the PC and plugged the HDD back again and voila, no errors. I shutdown the PC after a few minutes and turned it on again and no more S.M.A.R.T. Errors. PC wont boot up (No POST, No Video)

I recently installed a new Asus M5A99X Evo r2.0. The motherboard green LED lights up and the case and cpu fans spin. But there is no video when its hooked up to my monitor.

Steps that i have tried:
"No POST", "system won't boot", and "no video output" troubleshooting checklist

Made sure all connections are properly connected.

Flashing the CMOS

Tested the PSU

Followed all steps in the user manual

If there are any links that you guys can point me to or suggestions that could help it would be highly appreciated. Thank you
