Windows 10: pc booting problem

hi, I am using windows 10 version 2004 on HP laptop. so, recently when I start my pc, it always starts at windows recovery environment and under the HP logo, on the below left corner there is written ''F11 system recovery'' and after that a blue screen appears with many options such as-

EXIT AND CONTINUE TO WINDOWS 10

TROUBLESHOOTING

RESET THIS PC etc.

so, I just click on ''exit and continue to windows 10''. but why does it happen? it didn't happen before. so, how can I fix this? plz help.

PC wont boot up (No POST, No Video)

I recently installed a new Asus M5A99X Evo r2.0. The motherboard green LED lights up and the case and cpu fans spin. But there is no video when its hooked up to my monitor.

Steps that i have tried:
"No POST", "system won't boot", and "no video output" troubleshooting checklist

Made sure all connections are properly connected.

Flashing the CMOS

Tested the PSU

Followed all steps in the user manual

If there are any links that you guys can point me to or suggestions that could help it would be highly appreciated. Thank you

 

Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.

If you still have problems, please repost listing each specific step and saying which option from the tutorial you are using. Thanks.

 

Problem at boot up

Okey, ill try to remove my oc, but its really hard to tell if it will fix the problem, because as i said it happens randomly, not on every boot up. If its my oc, what might be the problem? My pc is also new, its almost 2 months old.
