Windows 10: Pc booting problems

Hi, so my pc has been working relatively fine for a round a year and a half and I upgraded to windows 11 a while ago and it has been doing just fine up until now. My pc has decided to take to black screening when I sign in or white screening when I sign in usually the white screen goes away and I can access my desktop but it tells me that I have no permissions and I can’t open update or reset anything what do ever. I’ve been Googling and trying solutions for a day and a half now and cannot find anything that works . I’m not a very tech savvy person so I’d appreciate the help from anyone. At th

Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.

If you still have problems, please repost listing each specific step and saying which option from the tutorial you are using. Thanks.

 

PC wont boot up (No POST, No Video)

I recently installed a new Asus M5A99X Evo r2.0. The motherboard green LED lights up and the case and cpu fans spin. But there is no video when its hooked up to my monitor.

Steps that i have tried:
"No POST", "system won't boot", and "no video output" troubleshooting checklist

Made sure all connections are properly connected.

Flashing the CMOS

Tested the PSU

Followed all steps in the user manual

If there are any links that you guys can point me to or suggestions that could help it would be highly appreciated. Thank you

 

Problem at boot up

Okey, ill try to remove my oc, but its really hard to tell if it will fix the problem, because as i said it happens randomly, not on every boot up. If its my oc, what might be the problem? My pc is also new, its almost 2 months old.
