  1. PC booting Several Times, Then no Display

When I tried to turn on my pc, It tried to boot a few times. I could hear the fan turn on and then turn off and then turn on again. The whole time, I did not get any display. Even after the fan turns on and does not turn off I still don't get any display. My monitor automatically turns off and when I turn it on, it shows me a box with some chinese things written inside it. Based on my past experciences, I think it is the 'No Signal' box. Please let me know if I should put it on Google Translate.P.S. I have tried my best to explain my issue, please let me know if you are unable to understand it

    :)
