Windows 10: PC BOOTS 3-4 TIMES AND THEN TURNS ON BUT MY OTHER STUFF DOESN'T TURN ON

So I have had this issue since yesterday and what happend is I booted my computer up and then it started to boot loop 3-4 times then once it turned on nothing else turned on, after a while I tried to get my brother to fix it but he couldn't find anything. I also don't have any lights on my mother board to show what the issue is, I got my dad to have a look at it as well but nothing again, I tried to research the problem but once again, nothingCan someone please give me some tips to fix my PC

i have problem with the night light it doesn t turn on what am i doing to??

Pc problem, randomly doesn't turn on sometimes.

PC powers on, doesn't turn on

I doubt it's the case because when my PC closed by itself (the first time), I had no problem turning it back on, right when I pressed the power button, it booted.
