Windows 10: PC boots up and freezes in loading screen even automatic repair freezes

I've been having this issue recently with my new PC where when it first happened the problem I was just using my PC when it randomly froze I then turned off and turned on the PC and the boot screen freezes even going to the system automatic repair it freezes I've tried things like removing 1 stick of ram removing the GPU and even removing the ssd windows is installed in only thing I'm able to access is the bios and only problem it detects a CPU fan failure but it moves fine I tried replugging the fan still nothing I even tried doing the windows media creation tool even that freezes so any fix to this?

Friends computer freezing at windows loading screen

Ok my friend is having problems with his computer right now. Basically it crashed on the windows loading screen. This is what he told me on MSN.

Now i'm not too sure what the problem is. I suggested doing a repair install with the xp disk (i'll be giving him that tomorrow) but in the mean time do any of you have any ideas?

Windows Freezing on “Preparing Automatic Repair”

Hopefully someone can help me out.

My PC kept repeatedly crashing during use and now when I try to turn it on it either gets stuck in a loop of re-booting itself, freezes on the windows logo or freezes on the loading icon of “Preparing Automatic Repair” before it loads up and I can diagnose
whats actually wrong with my PC.

Most solutions seem to require getting past Preparing Automatic Repair so you can understand my struggle when my pc decides to freeze at that point hahah.

Anyone got any solutions? Thanks
