Windows 10: PC boots up but keyboard and mouse don't work

I just plugged in my second computer and it boots up normally but when I get to the login screen the keyboard and mouse don't do anything. The backlighting on my keyboard works but no matter what let's I press nothing works and I can't get into my PC. I've tried a second keyboard and I've check that bot keyboards work on different devices. Im starting to run out of ways to troubleshoot this issue since I can't even get into my PC. Please help

Hello guy’s and gals, I was able to fix my mouse and keyboard issue, seems that they were not making a full connection, don’t know why that happened, when I first booted up , seems I had to really force the connections for keyboard and mouse USB Iinto the MB USB port,all is working now , thanks for everyone suggestions
