Windows 10: PC breaks whenever i plug in a usb mouse reveiver

There are two sets of ports on the front and back of my pc. Whenever I plug in a mouse usb receiver into any of the ports my computer screen freezes and shuts down. Aka something is wrong with either the motherboard or the os. I just want to know if there is a way to tell if it is software issue so i dont go get a new motherboard for no reason. PS. the pc doesnt break when i plugged in the keyboard or a usb camera, and unable to get a mouse connected really limits how many things i can do to troubleshhot

Sometime Usb Mouse Stop Working when i plug my phone with usb Cable !


my desktop have windows 10 2016 ltsb version.
i have a usb mouse and it is plug n play and manufacturer doesn't have any driver for it.
whenever i plug my android phone with usb ,, sometime mouse stop working but light is on in mouse.changing port doesn't help and i've to restart my pc and only then my mouse work.this doesn't happen all the time when i plug my phone but it happen sometime. this pc is in a shop so i've to plug many phones so problem is big for me. and i also have seen this problem with usb printer.

pls suggest me how can i solve this problem...

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps (for
freezing issue)

• 
  Unplug and re-plug the USB cable to ensure a good connection.
  
• 
  Try the mouse USB cable in another USB port on the computer.
  
• 
  Use only a powered USB port.
  
• 
  Try rebooting the computer.
  
• 
  If possible, test the mouse on another computer and check if it freezes.
  

Try to configure Mouse 5 as different function and check, If the issue persist I suggest you to reconfigure the Mouse and check if it helps.

USB mouse is not working on Windows 10

Please answer these questions to get more clarity on this issue:

  Which MS Fix-it are you referring to?

  Is the issue specific to this USB mouse?
  

Unplug the mouse, restart the PC and then plug in the mouse to check if that helps. You may also plug in the mouse to another USB port to check if that helps. You may plug in any other USB device in to this PC to check if that device gets recognized.

If the USB mouse is not getting recognized after you plug it in then run the hardware troubleshooter. Once this is done, restart the computer to check if this helps.

  Click on “Troubleshooting” and click on “View all”.
  

Click on “Hardware and Devices” to run the troubleshooter. Once this is done, restart the computer and check if this helps.
