    Hey.. i appreciate any help regarding this issue. I will try to provide as much detail as possible.Today i tried to update my alienware 17r4 laptop and during the update was a blue screen. After the blue screen finished collecting info, the pc restarted and tried to finish updating then shut down when it was done..I powered it back on and it began to run system diagnostic tests and the screen became very pixelated like the graphics was corrupted, and the diagnostic test froze after a minute or two..I tried to get help from microsoft support chat online. They told me to use the usb bootable ins

    Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

    Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK

    Yeah done that to 4 PC's just this week, all rolled back to Windows 7 apart from 1. Ill start using Windows 10 by 2021 full time lol
