Windows 10: Pc broken after factory reset HELPPPP

Hey! So my computer froze during a factory reset, a microsoft employee told me to hold the power button for 10 seconds and my computer is now completely broken. it wont boot correctly and just shows the HP logo then restarts over and over again until it goes into a system diagnostic page where u can reset and reinstall the os. I cant reinstall os threw the device or from the cloud. I cant even use control panel or any option other then reinstall os and factory reset again *dosent work* what do i do now

How to factory reset Cisco 1700 Router

Hopefully I can help you here....its a very common thing to happen.


First, I take it you dont know the passwords for console access or telnet/ssh?

I will assume that these devices belong to you.

step 1. Plug a cisco console cable into a serial port on your pc
step 2. Plug other end into Cisco console port
step 3. Using hyperterm or putty or similar connect to the serial port
step 4. boot router, and make sure you clearly can see the output (this confirms you have good serial comms)
step 5. if this fails, adjust the comm port settings (9600, 8,1,n are the default)
step 6. now you have to do the only hard part...send the break command:

Break command list: Break Commands

Go down the list and match your OS and SW and try the sequence suggested.

If this fails several times do what I do: Install putty (free) and then to send a break so you can get into rommom just hit "ctrl-a b".

Factory Reset for Surface Pro 3

My first post, so be gentle!
Just got an oldish Surface Pro 3 and I would like to do a 'factory reset'

I'm trying to add an attachment




If I have uploaded the disk management image correctly, there seem to be more partitions than I was expecting!
Would anyone like to suggest what the previous owner(s) have done?
Also where (which partition) , and how would I go about a factory reset.

Please let me know if this post is in the wrong area and if I've broken any rules or conventions.
