Hi to anyone that reads this. I've been blue screening daily. My friend came over to try to do something with windows without actually wiping the pc clean. We reset with files??? idk what that means. Anyway, today, I got a weird blue screen. First of it's kind. My audio completely cut out mid overwatch game. So my smarta** went to sound settings to quickly disable and enable the sound driver.. that made the pc blue screen. I'll attach the minidump.I hope someone can help.. https://www.mediafire.com/file/3c7a5ydmlztop2b/041824-10421-01.zip/file

    BAD_POOL_HEADER BSOD, Dump File attached

    Hi Groggubus,

Welcome to the 10forums PC BSOD - Minidump file attached :)

Please remove / disable items from the startup in taskmanager
These programs could interfere with the boot process giving you trouble and increase the boot time.

Daemon tools, Alcohol 120% and Power Archiver Pro uses SCSI Pass Through Direct (SPTD), which is a well known cause for BSOD's.
Please remove Daemon Tools and run the SPTD pass through remover.

    1. Uninstall Daemon Tools
    2. Download the SPTD standalone installer and follow these steps:
      • Double click the executable to open it
      • Click on the button shown below

PC BSOD - Minidump file attached [IMG]

If the button is grayed out, like in the image, there is no more SPTD installation on your system, and you can close the window

Please follow this suggestion for the BSOD
    1. Please open BitDefender and go to the modules,
    2. Go to the firewall settings,
    3. Uncheck 'Block port scans in the network',
    4. Reboot your system <-- IMPORTANT

    BSOD "CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED" svchost.exe, ntkrnlmp.exe on Windows11 (Minidump attached)

    Hello,
The BSOD started appearing right after I updated my computer's OS. There are two types of timing for the BSOD to appear: it may appear during start-up, or after entering the login password. I don't know which happens which, but at first (in September and October) I was able to log in and use the PC normally after up to two BSOD+reboots.

However, since yesterday, the situation has worsened, and no matter how many times I repeat the BSOD and restart, I get a BSOD before I see my desktop page. (I can still select my account and enter my password)

The cause is the same every time, the Critical_Process_Died BSOD.
The safe mode works well with no error apparently.

Could someone please analyze my minidump files (here is onedrive link) and tell me how to solve this problem?
    Thank you.

    MyPC:

    • Windows 11 22H2 (updated from Windows10 on 16/09/2023)
    • Intel Core i3-8100
    • RAM 44.0GB
    • AMD Radeon RX 5500 XT
    • Storage: 1TB of SSD (System) + 2TB of HDD x3 (D drive, RAID 5)
    What I did so far

    • Memory Diagnostics ... No error found as of 26/09/2023
    • "sfc /scannow" ... No major error found on someday in October
    • Remove AMD graphics driver using DDU ... changed nothing. Windows default driver seems now working (I'm still connecting HDMI to AMD Video Card now) on 09/11/2023
    • "sfc /scannow" ... repaired only bthmodem.sys and no other error found as of 09/11/2023.
    Minidump files:

    • 09*.dmp <- minidumps on 23-25/09/2023 (at the moment BSODs were only 1 or 2 )
    ----------

    • MEMORY.DMP <- full memory dump file made on 30/09/2023 (at the moment BSODs were only 1 or 2 )
    ----------

    • 110823-*.dmp <- from endless BSODs after the situation got worse (somehow 110823-8640-01.dmp is larger than the others)
    ----------

    • 110923-7609-01.dmp <- the newest two minidumps. Just after the AMD graphics driver removal
    • 110923-7078-01.dmp
