Windows 10: PC BSOD with problem Driver_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL in WINDOWS 10

My PC recently just had BSOD with the problem that says Driver_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL in WINDOWS 10. I tried the Driver Verifier and it told me that WmBEnum.sys is the bad driver. I have a z270 i7-6700k gtx 1080

DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL:

This Stop error message usually occurs during installation when there was an attempt in kernel mode to touch pageable memory at too high a process
internal request level (IRQL). Typically, this error occurs when a driver uses an incorrect memory address. Other possible causes of this error include an incompatible device driver, a general hardware problem, or incompatible software.

As this seems to be an issues with the network drivers, try the below troubleshooting steps and check if it helps.

Method 1: Run Network Adapter troubleshooter

Network Adapter troubleshooter find and fix the problems with wireless and other Network Adapter.

• Click on Start; in the start search type
  Troubleshooter and hit Enter.
• In the left pane, click onView all.
• Click on Network Adapter Troubleshooter.
• Click Next and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the troubleshooting process.

If the issue still persists then,

Method 2: I suggest you to download the latest drivers from the manufacturer's website before uninstalling. Later, uninstall the existing drivers, install them and check if it helps.

Step 1: To uninstall drivers, follow these steps:

• Press Windows key + x key on your keyboard.
• Select Device manager.
• Expand Network adapters. Right-click on the device and click
  Uninstall.
• Restart the computer and check if the issue persists.

I can confirm that updating the bios does not effect the problem in anyway and I have already tried the fix you linked with no results as it simply states Could Not Find C:\Windows\System32\drivers\epfwwfp.sys

Clearing the CMOS has resulted in me getting the BSOD messages:

KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED(luafv.sys)

or

PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA

Instead of the previous DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

(I didn't include a screenshot of the BSOD because it is just DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL with no brackets or anything and the general your PC has crashed message).

After 3 weeks of this reinstalling windows 7 is rather appealing.

 

Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
