    pc clock showing hour off but timezone is set correctly


    I have a PC that developed a problem with the clock. If I have daylight savings turned on the clock is an hour fast, but emails coming in outlook show the correct time. If I turn off daylight savings the time is correct but emails show as being an hour old. Is there someway to fix this without reinstalling windows?

    Win10 shows the time four hours ahead of my timezone


    My timezone is set correctly to Eastern (UTC-05:00) but Windows sets the clock ahead four hours after every boot cycle. It even sets the hardware clock in UEFI fours hours ahead.

    I've run a boot-time virus can using Avast Internet Security. Two PUPs were found and deleted. Malwarebytes finds nothing.

    Quiet Hours appear to be wrong timezone

    Hi,

    Windows 10, up to date with updates.

    I live in Sydney and have the location set to Sydney (I also have it set to correct time.....).

    When I turn my computer on in the evening, it always seems to be in 'Quiet hours' mode, even though I thought this was supposed to be between 12am and 6am. There doesn't seem to be anywhere to set these hours. I would guess it thinks I'm in another timezone
    (I do have an additional timezone set for my clock but it's not the primary timezone).

    What gives?

    You probably already have, but did you check all of these? NIST is one of the choices for time server, you don't need a separate program. Also here:
