    Ryzen 7 3700xrx5700xt 16 gb 3200mhz memoryHey everyone, for a while now I’ve been trying to troubleshoot my freezing pc. It seems to only happen when I’m playing apex and not any other game. It occurs completely randomly, usually a little bit into the game and happens a couple times during ranked sessions. I’ve looked around everywhere and nothing seems to help. When it happens, I will just freeze. The screen will still display everything, and I can still hear things in the background that were playing like if I have Spotify playing or if I’m in a discord call.I’ve made a new windows admin a

    Pc randomly freezing, have to hold PWR restart

    Hi,

    My pc is starting to randomly freeze, I am unable to move mouse, CTRK + ALT + DEL or anything

    I have to hold the power button down and restart the PC

    Can anyone please help me figure out what is going on, I assume it may be a driver or something

    PC freezes completely when gaming. Have to switch off at power button.

    Having a bit of a problem latel. Sometimes when playing games, usually about 5-10 mins in, my PC freezes completely. No inputs work(keyboard or mouse), all sound stops, image freezes on screen, cant use ctrl+alt+del and I have to turn it off by holding
    power button down. Doesnt always happen. Was fine playing Destiny 2 for several hours without crash but had 4 today. Updated Windows and GfX drivers recently. I am not really tech savvy at all. Just want the PC working again. Pls help

    Windows Updated(16299.309).KB4088776 Restart is required to complete.

    Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.
