Windows 10: Pc connected and secured but can not use Internet fully

So my laptop is connected and secured to my WiFi but the only thing I can do with it is use Google and YouTube . I can't use other websites or apps that uses the wifi. Is there anyway this can be fixed Thanks

I can understand the situation must be disappointing, when you get the message no internet connection even when the PPOE internet connection is working fine.

Please answer these questions to get clarity on this issue:

1. Are you aware of any changes made to the PC prior to this issue?
   
2. Which security software is installed on the PC?
   
3. Are you able to access websites in your browser when you are connected to the PPPoE network connection?
   

However, let us follow this suggestion to check if that helps.

Suggest you to run the Network troubleshooter followed by
networking commands. The Network troubleshooter can help diagnose and fix common connection problems. Using this troubleshooter, then running some networking commands afterwards if needed, can help you. Once the steps are done, remember to
restart the computer and see if that fixes this issue.

Fix network connection issues in Windows:

Note: The steps to temporarily turn off the firewall or security software on the PC depend on the firewall or security software you’re using. Check the documentation for your firewall or security software to learn how to turn it off. Make sure you
turn it back on as soon as you can. Not having a firewall or security software turned on makes your PC more vulnerable.

"No internet, secured," but I'm connected to the internet

Hi,

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

It is very unusual that network & internet setting are not responding after Windows 10 1903 update. In order to get clarity and to assist you accordingly, please reply with the answers to the questions below.

• What is the make and model of the laptop?
  
• What type of internet connection are you using (wired/wireless)?
  
• Did you try and check the issue by connecting the laptop using an Ethernet cable?
  
• What happens when you click on Settings>>Network and Internet?
  

If you are using a Wi-Fi connection, I would suggest you to use the option "Forget Network" and then try connecting to the Wi-Fi network again.

If issue persists, please try the following methods.

Method 1: Reset TCP/IP Stack

1. In the search box on the taskbar, type Command prompt. The
   Command Prompt button will appear. To the right of it, select
   Run as administrator > Yes.
2. At the command prompt, run the following commands in the listed order, and then check to see if that fixes your connection problem:
   

1. • Type netsh winsock reset and select Enter.
   • Type netsh int ip reset and select Enter.
   • Type ipconfig /release and select Enter.
   • Type ipconfig /renew and select Enter.
   • Type ipconfig /flushdns and select Enter.

Method 2: Re-install Wi-Fi drivers.

1. Press Windows +X and select
   Device Manager.
   
2. Search and expand Mice and other pointing devices.
   
3. Right click on the listed driver one by one and select
   Uninstall device.
   
4. Check the box beside Delete the driver software for this device and click
   Ok.
   
5. Follow the onscreen steps and restart the PC.
   

Method 3: Disable IP v6 and check.

1. Press Windows + R key to launch
   Run command.
   
2. Type ncpa.cpl and click OK.
   
3. Right click on the
   Wi-Fi connection you are using and select Properties.
   
4. Uncheck Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6) from the list.
   
5. Click Ok and restart the PC.

Connecting computer with no internet connection to network printer

1. Open Admin command and type: ipconfig
   
   
   
2. Win+X->Control Panel->Netwok and Sharing Center
   Follow the screen shot. This should disable internet access from this PC but allows access to local device(s)
   NOTE: Use the IP & Subnet Mask from step 1. Leave Default gateway & DNS Server blank
