Windows 10: PC constantly crashes shortly after boot

PC froze in the middle of the game and had to be rebooted. It never booted successfully, so I have tried to re-install Windows. It kept freezing shortly after boot, to the point I couldn't even finish Windows out-of-the-box experience.Tested both RAM sticks separately - same issue. Replaced M.2 with a brand new one, unplugged every other storage, reinstalled Windows on the fresh M.2 - couldn't finish initialisation process. Replaced GPU with an older model - managed to finish install and collect the crash dump on the next freeze. I am reluctant to start a BIOS upgrade on a system that can free

Gta 4 crashing constantly

Sup everyone, i seem to be having a very annoying problem. I purchased gta 4 recently and i installed it and it runs quite well, my system is listed in my specs. The problem with the game, is that about +/- 5 minutes of playing, the screen gets funny coloured squares and my whole pc crashes. I have xp sp3 installed. I have tried numerous things like clocking my cpu back to stock but to no avail. My pc is not overheating, thats for sure, i dunno. My mate just told me that it might just be a bug, but it seems strange that i bug in the game would cause my whole pc to crash. Any suggestions?

Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?

 

PC crashes on Windows boot, including USB Windows tool

Hi, I've spent the last week trying to fix my PC, but NOTHING I try has helped.
I built a new PC a couple weeks back, and got it up and running fine. I used it for a couple days, installing the various drivers and games I wanted it for. Then randomly, whilst I was innocently browsing youtube, the PC powered off - and ever since its ben broken.
It seems to be related to Windows in some way. Every time the PC tries to boot windows it crashes (Occasionally it BSOD, then shortly afterwards crashing). However the PC is perfectly capable of sitting in BIOS for as long as it wants to.

What works 100% perfectly:

• BIOS
  
• Memtest86 from USB
  

The PC can stay on no problems for hours inside USB or memtest

What always crashes the PC:

• Booting windows from SSD
  
• Booting windows from USB Installation with SSDs plugged in
  
• Booting windows from USB Installation without SSDs plugged in
  

The PC immediately crashes after it starts to load windows, sometimes with BSOD (different codes each time)

I have tried so many different things! I've moved power cables around, changed drives. used HDDs as well as SSDs. Tested RAM. Replaced the motherboard. Replaced the Power Supply. Reseated everything many times. Installed different BIOS versions. Yet nothing seems to work at all.

Any ideas? I'm stuck and close to giving up
