Windows 10: PC constantly restart unexpectedly

My PC frequently reboots unexpectedly
Event viewer left a message: "The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly."
I did notice that PC restarted even on BIOS screen, windows booting screen, on Advanced setup screen, on Windows Memory Diagnostic,...
Here's what I tried in order to fix the issue:
- Updated to the latest Windows version.- Updated drivers.
- Ran Memory Diagnostic - I find it difficult just to complete the test because the pc just keep restart, but every time ran succesful event said no problem was found
- Ran Error Checking - No issue was found
- Followed this tutorial "https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/929833/use-the-system-file-checker-tool-to-repair-missing-or-corrupted-system"
- Changed power supply and re-plug power cables
- Clean and relocated ram i only have a 4gb ram
How can I troubleshoot the problem?

• Remove the check mark next to Automatically restart under System Failure, then click OK.
• Restart the computer.

Step 2: Checking for failed hardware.
