Windows 10: PC continually black screen rebooting even after PSU and Motherboard replacement

as the title reads, the PC has been giving me grief for the last past month, continually black screen rebooting, when under load and even sometimes just scrolling the web. first thinking it was the power supply. I replaced the power supply about three weeks ago and still nothing. next after about two weeks of troubleshooting software, and still not getting anywhere, even with under volts, i swapped the motherboard for one with better VRMs, thinking it was due to overheating of the motherboardasus b360-f gaming to asus z390 -f It was working just fine but once i’ve gone back into games, maybe

PC Reboots Continuously. No Post Screen.

Hey folks. I was playing some L.A. Noire then went out. Several hours later I come in to Boot my PC and it just continuously reboots and doesnt even get to the post screen. I've tried clearing CMOS but now it just beeps while rebooting over and over. Specs are on the left.

Any ideas?

 

Computer Black Screen

I normally leave my computer run 24/7 but lately the computer has to be rebooted daily because it does the following:

• Becomes unresponsive with a black screen
• Network link goes down when this happens
• Computer can't be revived and simply has to be rebooted.

Event logs show NOTHING when this happens and I know the rough time when it happens because I have nagios monitoring my network including this computer and it tells me when it looses internet, etc.

I've replaced the video card with a brand new one yet this still happens. I'm thinking it has to be a bad PSU or mainboard but I'm unsure what to do to resolve it.

Yeah I'm pretty sure that's not a software related issue which is why I was suggesting that you remove the video card to start with since it's such an easy process of elimination step.

I'm not familiar with AMD CPUs, I did see that you had listed in your system specs but I had no idea whether or not it has an iGPU

Is there any possibility of you being able to get your hands on any compatible video card at all?it would be the easiest step to try to troubleshoot or at least one of the easier ones. You should be able to get into the bios without anything but A display cable hooked up to the motherboard
