    Pc continues to restart


    Was having trouble with task bar, settings, and task manager loading. Decided to reset my pc, I reset it using windows from the cloud as from the computer did not work. The reset seemed successful but when I went to reinstall "from windows 11 version 4" my pc now just restarts over and over getting to my initial boot screen but never into windows.
