Windows 10: PC controller NPLAY MB-8132 error 43 even after refreshing the OS

Hi, i bought a couple months ago a controller of NPLAY the MB-8132 and when i connected it on my laptop for the first time and installed the driver that come in a cd it was everything ok!
But recently a friend brought a dualshock3 from ps3 to play with two controllers at the same time, so i downloaded the software to connect his controller to my laptop which was (Microsoft Xbox 360 Controller Driver v1.2, MotioninJoy e Better DS3), i know it says xbox but was what i find.
The problem come next, after that i could connect his controller but mine from NPLAY just stopped working, when i connected it i always get the error 43 device not recognized, i already did system restores, refresh the OS, reinstalled the controller drivers, but i get always the same error and i don't know what to do next.

falls creators update( local disk (f)

after falls creators upate windows created a new disk partition named local disk (f)! i can access it .create file . but i can not delete it nor format it. its about 500mb and 110+mb already in use. i cant see whats its using and i think this made my pc
slower(after right click refresh it takes atleast 2seconds to load )
