Windows 10: PC crash causing restart

Hey, so I was playing Battlefield V last night, and twice the game crashed to desktop with no error, so I booted the game back up and continued played, until my Pc just locked up, screen went black and Pc restarted, I have ran a memtest86 overnight (10+ passes) and that passed, I have uploaded the required zip file for you guys, any help would be amazing.

GPU-Z 0.7.5 causing crashes on load up

Any chance you could narrow it down to which running application causes GPU-Z to crash? Ideally steps to reproduce for me here.

Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?

 

Automated Restart of Windows 10 PC

the following steps:

Step 1: Disabling the automatic restart option to view error messages.

Many hardware driver or operating system errors will cause the computer to display a specific error message before stopping the operation or shutting down the computer. However, if the Automatically restart option
is enabled, an error message might not be displayed despite an error taking place. Disable this option to allow the computer to display the error message.
Follow these steps to disable the Automatically restart option:

  In Windows, search for and open View advanced system settings.

  Click Settings in the Startup and Recovery section.
  
• Remove the check mark next to Automatically restart under System Failure, then click OK.
• Restart the computer.

Step 2: Checking for failed hardware.

Hardware problems can cause the computer to restart unexpectedly.
