Windows 10: Pc crash every 5mins

so this problem has been happening for years. I’ve reset my pc a couple of times, nothing. Even in safe mode it still crashes. Loading a game will prevent it from crashing for abit longer, but it will still crash. Different windows errors keep coming up, so i’m not sure if my motherboard is the problem. Can anyone help me with this issue?

Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?

Ive reseated the ram ive reset the cmos battery and it doesent seem to be a overheating issue as my cpu and gpu seem to be a normal temperature its also not a malware as ive swapped ssds and still does the same thing.someone pls give suggestions
