Windows 10: PC Crash SLI Gaming Reliability Error

Can anyone help me suss out why the heck I keep getting hard reboots in gaming with my SLI rig. I originally assumed it was overheating due to the SLI and it happening around 84c on the GPU's. I replaced all the thermal paste on the old GTX 1080's and underpowered the card in Afterburner by 20% 80% max power draw and 74c thermal limit and it still crashes. At this point, I am suspecting the PSU may not be good enough to keep up with the draw regardless of thermals, need some help with the error codes from the Reliability Manager. Data below:

Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?

 

Cortana Error in Reliability Monitor

If you don't find any error with Cortana, and the issue is only with reliability monitor projecting an error with Cortana. I would then request you to perform DISM and check if the issue is removed.

  Press Windows key, and type CMD in search. Right click on CMD and click on Run as administrator.

    In command prompt, type the following commands and press Enter after each command:

    DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth
    
• 
  DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
  
• 
  Close the command prompt and restart the PC and check if it works.
