Windows 10: PC Crash

So my brother plays Ark and these past few days he had a problem, the game crashed and as soon as he closed the game, the pc would show a blue screen error.


The codes given by the blue screen were:

- bad_pool_header

- kernel_mode_heap_corruption (this one was the last he got)


I have been trying diffefent solutions like reinstalling his game and mods, updating windows and different drivers but nothing seems to work.


I also dont play Ark and he doesnt see any pattern in all the crashes.


I have read somewhere in this community that i should upload my .dmp so you can figure out what causes the crash, so here they are.

I suggest you run rthdribl > http://www.daionet.gr.jp/~masa/archives/rthdribl_1_2.zip
Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?

 

all games crash!

ive watch my temps and both the cpu and gpu are within normal ranges. when it freezes it simply freezes the image and stops the sound. i must reboot to get back to windows.

 

PC Crashing on every game

OK what i am gonna do - i will take second pc from my friend... Will build all my sistem on his MB... And then if it crashes... - will step by step take out my parts and put his - untill i have no crash any more... Damn it sounds stupid and will take like all day :S... Any other ideas how to make effective testing if i have second PC?

Or maybe give it away to disruption? *Big Grin
