PC crashed and will no move beyond the blue reset/restore screen. ALL options within this...

My PC recently crashed and I cannot reset or access anything beyond a blue screen that suggests several restore/reset options. E.g. reset, safe mode, etc. Every path I take, though, circles me back to this screen. I continue to to receive an error message that essentially states "can't do what you want, I'm broken". The self fix it system has run through the file system, but it did not find any issues...."no problems. no further action is required". Attempting to go back to previous updates doesnt work either. I have been through every youtube video i could find, but I literally cannot do any

    :)

    Crash/blue screen

    Hi

I assume from the title of your post Crash/Blue Screen that the PC has crashed and produced a *BSOD=[Blue Screen Of Death] =Blue Screen; and that the PC recovered from this; if and when you see the Blue Screen write the Stop Code down; recover the PC or use one that is working to access the net and look up the Stop Code.

nb: You may be able to view this with a [*BlueScreenView] application, google for this.

Edit Link - Blue screen of death (STOP error) information in dump files.

    Description
    ===========

BlueScreenView scans all your minidump files created during 'blue screen
of death' crashes, and displays the information about all crashes in one
table. For each crash, BlueScreenView displays the minidump filename, the
date/time of the crash, the basic crash information displayed in the blue
screen (Bug Check Code and 4 parameters), and the details of the driver
or module that possibly caused the crash (filename, product name, file
    description, and file version).
For each crash displayed in the upper pane, you can view the details of
the device drivers loaded during the crash in the lower pane.
BlueScreenView also mark the drivers that their addresses found in the
crash stack, so you can easily locate the suspected drivers that possibly
    caused the crash.

  3. Blue Screen Crash

I believe my problem started when I bought a game from Amazon that I wanted to try. It would not run on my PC so I installed a new Nvidia graphics driver. It still would not run so I just quit trying to play the game. Soon I was having trouble with sound on my PC. I would restart my computer and the problem would be fixed. But 2 days later and there was no sound. I restarted and I get a blue screen crash. The stopcode was oxc000021a.

I restart again and it goes through a step to try to fix the problem but it could not fix itself. The last screen I see after the restart is blue and is titled "Choose an Option". It shows 4 possibilities.

    1. Exit and continue to Windows 10. When I pick this option it just restarts and eventually returns to the same screen.
    1. "Use a device." Use a USB drive, network connection. or windows recovery DVD. I never pick this option because I don't have these things.
    1. Turn off your PC. This does not help me.
    1. Troubleshoot. Reset your PC or see advanced options. I try this and it has 2 options. 1) Reset this PC (my preferred option because I am not a Geek. 2) Advanced options. I pick "Reset this PC" with "Keep my files" and it takes me to a screen that says "Choose an Account". My name is the only account available to choose so I click it. It next shows my hotmail email address and asks me to enter the password for this account. I know the password because I just successfully changed it on my laptop 24 hours ago. I type in the password and it says "The password is incorrect. Try again."
When I last changed my password I made it much easier to type in so that I could be sure I was getting it correct. I have worked on this for 3 days with different passwords and tried to learn more about different accounts but nothing helps. Can anyone help me fix my PC?

my system keeps on crashing. (blue screen)

    Hello Harrison,

A stop error (also called a "blue screen" error) can occur if a problem causes your PC to shut down or restart unexpectedly. These errors can be caused by both hardware and software issues.

To better assist you with your concern, I'd like to know the following:

    • Confirm which build is currently installed on your device. To check, follow the steps below:
    • Press Windows key + R, then type in winver.
    • Click OK.
    • Were there any recent changes made prior to this issue?
    • What is the make and model of your device?

Meanwhile, we recommend performing the suggested steps in this article to troubleshoot blue screen issues
    on Windows 10.

    Looking forward to your response.

    Regards.
