Windows 10: PC crashes after disk spike, not sure why

Hi,I’ve been having issues with my PC since I built it in October last year, it blue screens “randomly” and gives the code critical process died. Recently discovered that when it starts to crash the disk usage goes from <5% to 100% for a few seconds then back down and it crashes critical process died blue screen. Most recently this happened when I clicked the chrome icon but it’s crashed like this from various sources.I’ve tried stress testing everything in my PC, everything’s healthy, drivers are up to date and I’ve done a full clean reinstall of windows after formatting the drive. Go over Windows using this checklist to make sure the install is set up correctly, optimized for best performance, and any needed repairs get done: Redirecting

Start with Step 4 to turn off Startup freeloaders which can conflict and cause issues, then Step 7 to check for infection the most thorough way, then step 10 to check for damaged System Files, and also Step 16 to test a new Local Admin account to replace yours which may be corrupted. Disk usage spikes to 100 percent then crashes

The issue started immediately after upgrading to windows 11. Disk usage will spike from <5 percent to 100 and then all applications will freeze. The computer continues to run until something needs data from the disk and then it will crash. After crashing, automatically reboots into the bios because it does not detect the disk with windows on it. Manually restarting will reset it and it'll work fine for a little.

It seems to me like the SSD is crashing or something. I ran an SSD health checker and it said the SSD was healthy.

Board: Pro Z690-P

SSD: silicon power 1TB (SP001TBP34A60M28)

Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.
