Windows 10: Pc crashes after playing a game downloaded on new SSD

So I recently installed a western digital SSD with 1t of storage on it, and every now and then, it crashes whenever I close a game downloaded on it. No BSOD, it just freezes, goes to a black screen and restarts. But I can play a game downloaded on my old SSDs just fine, it won't crash after closing the game. pc crash when playing game

hi, I’m here because I need some help.

I have a new PC, but I have a problem with it.

If I launch a game, i can play like 20 m and it crash, then it launch the BIOS and I can’t leave the BIOS without forcing the PC to stop (It relaunch the BIOS everytime I leave it).

I tried to change every component, still crash.

I tried to update all my drivers, same problem. Also, I installed my games on my HDD instead of my SSD, same problem (I uninstalled all the things on the SSD.

Literally, I tried everything, help please..

 

PC crashing when downloading or idle

My PC is crashing when I am downloading something or even when browsing the web. The PC also has never crashed while a game is running and being played. The activity with the highest crash rate is when I download something large like a game while also having multiple other programs running.

The crash looks like this:



I tried:

• Reinstalling Windows 10/drivers
  
• Flashing the BIOS
  
• Swapped every hardware component one by one to test (PC still crashed even when replaced with new/different component)

CPU: Ryzen 5 5600x

GPU: Gigabyte NVIDIA RTX 3060ti

RAM: 16 GB 3600 MHz

Storage: WD Black M.2 SSD 1TB

Motherboard: B550 AORUS ELITE AX V2

Power Supply: Corsair 650W 80 Gold Plus

OS: Windows 10 Pro

 

pc crashes while gaming (due to ssd?)

hello everyone,
my problem: my pc randomly freezes (usually while gaming) and then restarts itself. my idea would be that it has to do with my ssd. usually when i use cc cleaner and trim my ssd my pc doesnt crash. however, my ssd doesnt trim auotmatically and when checking if it wants optimalization, it sometimes want to be optimalized every few minutes. do you have any suggestions on how to fix this, or any other suggestion that could fix my crashing problem?

of course, it could be something else causing the crashes. however, after a crash my ssd always needs optimalization, most likely even before the crash but i cant check that 24/7.

already tried a soft windows redownload (saved settings and documents)
