    PC crashes and restarts 3x a day. Yes it's 14900KF


    Bios is updated F11 on Z790 GAMING X AX. What do I do to prevent it from crashing? It crashes weather it's idle or being worked. Just black screen and restart outa nowhere. Computer is brand new

    After Windows 10 upgrade, Laptop crashes 2-3x per day


    Hello, I have two laptops. On one of them, the Windows 10 upgrade was successful. On the other, an ASUS with 8BG RAM, although Windows 10 installed successfully, the laptop "blue screens" at least twice a day since the upgrade.

    When I see the blue screen - it references MEMORY_MANAGEMENT before re-starting. The laptop was previously running Windows 8.1 with no issues whatsoever.

    There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason for when it crashes. Sometimes it happens while I'm working - other times it happens during the middle of the night and re-starts - or just turns completely off...

    I'm attaching a screenshot of the Windows/WER/ReportArchive folder. I'm also attaching a screenshot with the Laptop System info. Please note that I uninstalled Avast on the affected laptop and it still crashes regularly.

    Any advice would be appreciated.

    Inexplicable restarts

    Thanks for your patient help and analysis, zbook. I'll step through some of your suggestions over the next few days - there's a lot to do and some look a bit hairy! That is, for a PC that is working sweetly right now...

    Meanwhile, as requested in the BSOD thread (sorry, I misunderstood and posted there by mistake), I've attached both ZIP files.

    One step I did try right away was to answer your question about whether my BIOS is up-to-date. I had no success at the AMI site but did get some info from this commercial site:

    OK what i am gonna do - i will take second pc from my friend... Will build all my sistem on his MB... And then if it crashes... - will step by step take out my parts and put his - untill i have no crash any more... Damn it sounds stupid and will take like all day :S... Any other ideas how to make effective testing if i have second PC?

    Or maybe give it away to disruption? *Big Grin PC crashes and restarts 3x a day. Yes it's 14900KF :D
