Windows 10: PC crashes before even opening game

I built my built my pc about Dec of '19 and have had this problem ever since.here's a link for my parts list https://pcpartpicker.com/list/BqTTbhso basically, games like rocket league, gtav, sea of thieves, doom eternal, sw battlefront 2 and lego swtsws I know a weird combination but it's all that I can think of that I have had or currently have installed that i know for sure work but anyway, those games run completely fine.then there games like, fortnite sometimes does sometimes doesn't, rainbow 6, and very difficult to get to work but used to be apex, where the game would run for

Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?

Game crashing.

The error message that you received when you played the game means that the graphics card driver needs an update. To resolve your concern, we suggest that you update the graphics card driver by following the steps below:
