Windows 10: PC Crashes? Bug Check and Mini Dump help?

Mini dump and random crash help please

Hi , I am having random crashes where a game will just freeze, I have tried rolling back to other gpu drivers but am still getting them. It was just during gaming but the second to last minidump is when using Word! Any help appreciated.

I know gaming can cause problems but to have it happen in Word is worrying.

WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR and perform troubleshooting the steps in the article apart from the steps you have already performed, as both the article provides troubleshooting steps to fix such stop code.

If the issue still persists, please follow the steps mentioned below and provide us with mini dump file, so that we analyze and guide you further.

1. Navigate to C:\Windows\minidump.
   
2. Then upload the files to OneDrive.
   
3. Provide us link.

Delete Crash Dumps

I followed the tutorial here: Create Disk Cleanup All Items Checked Shortcut in Windows 10

and in fact Disk Cleanup does come up with all items checked, but I see no listing for crash dumps (if one even exists in Disk Cleanup).




So I started looking around and the only folder I could find with crash dumps was here.




Can these files be deleted? Not an issue actually, but the longer this "isolation" goes on the more things I find to mess with on my laptop. If nothing else it helps pass the time between meals.
