Windows 10: PC crashes during sleep mode Windows 11

Hello,Moderate at best PC IQ here.I've seen a plethora of community posts of others running into this issue, but it seems that posting an event log is the way to go here.This has random occurrences while in sleep mode and has not been every single time. It has also never crashed while outside of sleep mode. I've noticed critical level - Kernel-Power Event 41 seems to be at the forefront of this. For power options this PC never overclocks and has never reached above 36 degrees C. Windows crashes in sleep mode

So umm, I updated my PC to windows 11 but the issue hasn't stopped but just caused more issues. After updating my PC, it worked fine and then I let it go to sleep mode and then it crashed as normal, I restarted it, but windows explorer just wouldn't respond so I restarted it from the task manager and still nothing happened so I turned off my PC from the Ctrl + Alt + Del menu, And then it just refused to reboot, after 30 mins of trail and error It started. I am not going to shut down my PC or let it go to sleep mode until this is fixed. Also my PC only crashes only when in goes to sleep mode because of inactivity but If I set it to sleep mode manually It wouldn't crash.

And now there isn't and minidump folder in window folder, the closest thing I could find was this MEMORY.DMP file and it is 1.24GB.

No sound after returning from Sleep Mode Windows 11

I have a Dell Latitude with Windows 11. When my PC returns from sleep mode the sound stops working. When I check Sound Settings the laptop's integrated speakers (Intel Smart Sound Technology) are still selected.

I'm usually quite good at troubleshooting PC issues. I've followed all of the standard Windows troubleshooting steps including uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers. Any suggestions?
