    Hello all, I have had my PC freeze or crash for awhile now and I have not been able to solve the issue for nearly two months now. Initially when I had this problem it would only tend to crash after I closed a game , but recently it crashes more frequently without a game present. No error shows up on the screen during but event viewer gives out a WHEA-logger event id 1 every time. Because this has been going for a while I have tried a few things already but the list may be incomplete as it has been that long. Furthermore I must have reinstalled Windows 11 multiple times over this troubleshootin

    Whea logger event id 1 level 2

    My system was shutdown suddenly.

    When i saw the event viewer the following error was shown.

    Whea-Logger

    Event Id 1

    Level 2.

    WHEA-Logger | Event ID 17 Issue

    Lots of people with HP laptops latest 2017 releases have the same error WHEA logger event id 17 and I have that too.....

    The WHEA logger error causes freezing whole laptop creating an error in event viewer

    Tried some settings in advance power settings

    Changing "Maximum Power savings" to "off" in PCI Express ----> LInk Power state management this fixed the error for a while but now i have spotted the error in every latest laptop that has Nvidia Geforce 940 mx graphic card

    my laptop is

    HP Pavilion x360 14-ba073tx and the same error was also repeated with my friends

    Hp Pavilion 15-cc102tx

    Can you help me ASAP

    And also please explain in detail how to disable "WHEA logger error" as you done above
