Windows 10: PC crashes frequently.

My problems started a few weeks ago, everything was working fine before then, but all of a sudden my pc just kept restarting itself randomly. There was no blue screen of death or anything just black screen and then restart. I tried looking for the cause and found that it was due to my gpu. I did a complete DDU uninstall and for a while it stopped but today it happened again. I dont know whats causing these crashes anymore all my softwares are updated and my drivers as well, if anyone can help me find a solution to this problem i would appreciate it.https://1drv.ms/u/s!AqGFcuui7kgWuRi9KjRfTi4cm

Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?

I would guess that your GPU is faulty, the crashes that are most frequent seem related to the GPU.

I do have a suggestion, although this suggestion is more often seen with 0x9F crashes where drivers are in an inconsistent state for the OS.
Try to change the powerplan, standard there are following plans

1. Powersaver,
2. Balanced, standard selected,
3. High performance

If you didn't change your power plan, you have balanced selected.
Select High performance and see if it makes a difference.

1. Set the autosave options in MS Office to a low value say 5 minutes.
2. Setup file history to autosave frequently - the shortest period is 5 mins
3. Install Macrium Reflect Free and configure it to do a daily incremental system backup

You should be well covered if you do the above to protect your key files.
