Windows 10: pc crashes i bet no one knows how to help me in any way , i lost all hope

Hi , my pc is crashing for almost 3 years now . Specs :Ryzen 5 3500x , RX5500xt 8GB ,16 gb of ram 3200hz hyperx fury ,and i think my motherboard is gigabyte b450m s2h , 1tb seagate hdd , 250gb nvme ssd kingston , 600w aerocool cylon powersupply ,Case is aqirys canopus.So i built this pc myself 3 years ago, i was very happy , performance was great high fps always , i was even able to play cyberpunk , Even now my pc is running games very well . Even though games were running great , my pc was crashing and freezing constantly . When i just started to use my pc , it wasnt freezing , just crashing

I suggest you to run the Windows Store Apps troubleshooter by following the steps provided below:

• Type “Troubleshooting” in the search box and press Enter.
• Click on ‘View All’ on the top left pane.
• Click on “Windows Store Apps” from the list and follow the on-screen prompts for troubleshooting.

If the issue still persists, suggest you to reset the PC by following the steps provided below:

• Navigate to Start>Settings>Update and Security>Recovery.
• In the right pane click on ‘Get Started’ under the option to ‘Reset this PC’.
• Follow the on-screen prompts to reset the PC.

To be able to help you in a better way, please reply with the following details:

• May I know what you mean by "if a static shock anything on the same breaker as my pc it crashes"?
  
• What is the make and model of the motherboard and the GPU?
  
• Which build version of Windows is installed on the computer? To check, type : winver in start menu and hit Enter.
  

This issue could be due to outdated Graphics driver. I would suggest you to update the graphics driver and check if it helps. You can refer the article

Update drivers in Windows 10, kindly follow the steps with respect to the 'Display adapters'.
