Windows 10: PC crashes randomly but do not generate minidump or MEMORY.dmp

Then was happening when gaming without even connecting to any TVs, this one happen

unable to generate .dmp files

I had run into some issues when I was playing games, my system randomly crashed and show me a black screen, and attempted to restart, but it never succeeded. So I think .dmp files may help me to find out where the issue is at, However, my system is not generating .dmp files and there is no Minidump folder under C:/Windows. So I would like to know if there is a way to fix it.

 

10 Crashing Randomly and During Updates and File Downloads

I have a Windows 10 PC that I run 24/7. I have Windows Updates disabled through the Group Policy Editor. I still perform updates manually every few days. Windows Defender updates work fine. Other Windows updates cause the PC to crash, no BSOD or anything, it just turns off. I've looked for 1074, 6006, and 6008 event log files to explain why and I haven't been able to find anything.

Other times the computer just randomly crashes and also sometimes when downloading files. The symptom is the same, I check on it and find it powered down or it just shuts off while I'm using it. It boots back up fine and I see no cause listed in the event logs.

I have been through the 3 tests suggested to me on the old thread. SMART looked good, memtest ran for 33 hours for 8 passes with no errors, and prime was run for 3 hours with no errors.

I think the next step was to run V2 Log collector, that data is attached.

Any help is appreciated.

PC randomly always crashes either produce BSOD or restarts or freezes , MiniDump File included

Hello all

I have a problem that I am encountering for months , my PC starts to randomly freezes , whether I do gaming or not , it produces BSOD or restarts or freezes , I unplugged and plugged the Rams , The GPU , clean dust of Case , but with no results

MY PC Specs is

Motherboard : Gigabyte 990XA-UD3

CPU : AMD FX 8350

GPU : AMD RX 570 8GB

Ram : 2x4GB Kingston Ram + 1x8GB Kingston HyperX Ram

OS : Windows 10

I managed to get a minidump file after using the Verifier tool , here is its link
