Windows 10: PC Crashes "Silently" when doing random things on Chrome

Hello,Since I have my PC, I sometimes have crashes that happen unexpectedly and most often when I have Chrome open in the background.The crashes are particular: The taskbar clock stops running, I can still open some things but it is impossible to stop or restart the PC without making a hard shutdown pressing the button on the PC. After a while of opening the windows and trying to know what's happening, the whole pc freezes except the mouse pointer. The fans of the PC do not turn faster.I first suspected my old headset to be the cause of these crashes, since it was triggering an error in the

well then use Chrome... (it's what i did when i got fed of Firefox)

for the game crashes hum no idea since the stability test pass, let see what other will have to say.

 

Random crashes on new computer

Hi, thanks for the reply.

Followed all steps and haven't received a crash yet but as I said before, its random.

NZXT CAM O.C. was never used but I use it for lighting and fan regulation.
I have OCCT installed but have never even launched it.
I've overclocked slightly on AORUS Engine but reset to default / silent mode for testing here.
Ryzen 5 is also slightly overclocked (one click UEFI optimal setting @ 3800)

Furmark overclock seemed quite stable at 68C which is fairly normal at that GPU usage.
