Windows 10: pc crashes when i unplug my mouse/keyboard or try to disable mouse driver from device manager

hello, i have a problem whenever i try to unplug my mouse/keyboard my pc turns offi get blue screen but when i unplug flash diski think that's what its called basically external storage nothing wrong happens my pc only crashes when i unplug my mouse/keyboard. i thought my usb ports were not working but i tried every single port and every time i retried unplugging mouse my pc crashed. then before i turned on my computer i unplugged mouse and then turned on computer and after that i opened device manager navigated through mice and other pointing devices using my keyboard only and i tried to

An outdated or incompatible mouse driver can be one of the factors why this issue occurs. To assist you with your concern, we recommend that you follow these steps to check if the device is recognized correctly in Device Manager. To do this, follow the steps
below:

• In the Search box, type Device Manager and press
  Enter.
• Navigate to Mice and other pointing devices.
• A yellow exclamation means that the mouse driver is not installed properly. You can right-click and select
  Uninstall.
• Right-click on Mice and other pointing devices and select
  Scan for hardware change.
• If the yellow exclamation mark still exists, go to their support site to search your product name and find the corresponding mouse driver to install and update.
• You may re-do the steps 1 to 5 to check for the keyboard.
  

Note: If there are no pointing devices and keyboard, it indicates that there is no mouse and keyboard configured or it is a mouse and keyboard hardware failure. We suggest that you contact your system manufacturer to report
the status of those devices to identify if these are hardware related issue.

Mouse and Keyboard not recognised on boot until i unplug mouse

As the title says after resetting not shutting down PC from start menu my PC wont recognise my mouse or keyboard but when i unplug my mouse it recognises the keyboard and when i plug my mouse back in it recognises it agian... Windows 20H2 latest updates...

On a friends suggestion it seems i was able to fix the problem but cleaning out the CMOS. Dunno how this helped but at least Windows is recognising it fine on bootup again...
