Windows 10: PC crashes when i'm plugging a USBC Headset dongle

Hi, I wanted to get "Enhancement tab" after I just got a mini Type-C to USB A and I have plugged my Samsung AKG Type-C earphones, it worked at some point and I couldn't find Enhancement tab, after I've followed up a Indian IT YouTuber I tried the same solution as he followed up USB Audio 2.0 compatible -> Realtek Audio non-compatible. After the restart my PC started to give BSOD. The easiest way to fix this issue is to unplug them but I want to use them again. They work on my phone and on another laptop. I am trying to get it back but no chance.ERROR CODE: SYSTEM THREAD EXCEPTION NOT

My pc crashes when I plug or unplug my headset from its USB charging cable

Hi,

Whenever I plug in my wireless Razer Kraken V2 wireless headset into its USB charger my pc crashes and I am trying to find a solution.

Some things that might help:

- The USB charging cable stays plugged in 24/7 its only when I actually plug/unplug my headset from the charger cable my pc crashes

- I have not tried the other USB slots on my pc yet wanted to see if it was an easy fix first before trying other slots

- The Bluetooth dongle for the headset is plugged into the slot directly behind the charger cable USB slot at all times with no issues

- very rarely but sometimes on wakeup my pc will crash as well but it is pretty rare and hasn't happened for a while

I tried looking for a solution but couldn't find an issue like mine so if this has been solved before link it to me

I know you say you're not that guy, but stepping into the $250+ range really brings a change in build quality that might have you never having to buy another set. Otherwise, getting 6 speakers with decent sound in a headset is hard, and that's what you are asking for, and I have no suggestions, but just a bump up the list. *Stick Out Tongue

 

Pocket PC Dongle with USB ports disabled?

What is the make and model# of your laptop?
With the Pocket PC plugged in, boot into Setup (Bios) go to the Boot Menu. If it lists the dongle, move it to First Boot Device. Save and Exit. It should boot off of the dongle.
