Windows 10: Pc crashes when opening games.

I open a game like csgo get into the lobby and it crashes. I checked Mai afterburner and it’s getting 936 mV and the gpu mhz is 1815 and memory is at 7000mhz stable. Also cpu is running stable. So is there any way that it could be my psu? I’m just wondering what else it could be on why it keeps crashing I have updated my drivers uninstalled and reinstalled. My temps are also fine not overheating.

What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?
