Windows 10: PC crashes with black screen

Hello, i have recently started encountering an issue where both my monitors suddenly go black and my pc crashes and restarts. This has happened a total of 4 times now, once a day to be exact. Each time was within an hour of booting up. The pc crashed while gaming, but also while just being in desktop with discord + spotify open.
