    Did a reinstall of windows 11 after have big problems with my PC freeze. Did not help.My PC is AMD 5950x, 129gb ram, Gigabyte Aorus Master Motherboard. Nvidia 1080TI, Samsung ssd m.2 980 2t and 1 tband a HC550 18TBHDD . Logitech mouse and Asus 329C monitor.     pc reboots during games every second run

    I have a peculiar issue with my hardware - every second run of my PC, if I run a game, my machine reboots after several minutes (5-10). After PC reboots everything works fine and I can play for hours with no issues.
    No crash logs are available, event log only has the Kernel crash with log save error message.

    I have tried:

    • graphic driver reinstal
    • bios upgrade
    • CMOS reset
    • format and system reinstall (Win7)
    • upgraded my system to win10
    • memcheck
    • chkdsk
    • processor test (Intel i7)
    • changed my graphics card (was GeForce 970 MSI, now GeForce 1060)
    • moved graphic card to second slot

    (My PSU should be more then sufficient, especially that once PC is in the healthy state it works just fine)

    I am running out of options, and I am suspecting my motherboard (MSI X99A) but I do not know how to be sure. Or if there is some fix left to attempt.

    The most peculiar thing is that the issue appears on every second run and the reboots really fix the issue but only for that single run. Issue unavoidably comes back on the next run.

    OK what i am gonna do - i will take second pc from my friend... Will build all my sistem on his MB... And then if it crashes... - will step by step take out my parts and put his - untill i have no crash any more... Damn it sounds stupid and will take like all day :S... Any other ideas how to make effective testing if i have second PC?

    Or maybe give it away to disruption? *Big Grin Pc crashing after reboot. Sometimes after 15 seconds but normaly after 5-10 minuttes. :D

    all games crash!

    ive watch my temps and both the cpu and gpu are within normal ranges. when it freezes it simply freezes the image and stops the sound. i must reboot to get back to windows.
