Windows 10: PC crashing and I'm getting blue screens

Hi everyone, My problem: Pc crashing and monitors disconnecting while gaming Specs: CPU: Ryzen 3700x GPU: Asus TUF RTX 4070 PSU: Generic 750w Ram: 4x8gb Speed: 3200 2 different models in dual channel Storage: 128gb Intel SSD from 2016 windows is on it 1TB hard drive from 2016 500gb Samsung 860 EVO from a couple years ago 1TB Samsung 970 EVO Plus from a couple months ago. Before a couple months or so my dad brought me upgrades from the US, I upgraded my GPU from a 1060 to a 4070, I added 2 8gb sticks of ram and the 970 evo to my existing pc which has a 750w power supply and the Ryzen 7 3700

Crash/blue screen

Hi

I assume from the title of your post Crash/Blue Screen that the PC has crashed and produced a *BSOD=[Blue Screen Of Death] =Blue Screen; and that the PC recovered from this; if and when you see the Blue Screen write the Stop Code down; recover the PC or use one that is working to access the net and look up the Stop Code.

nb: You may be able to view this with a [*BlueScreenView] application, google for this.

Description

BlueScreenView scans all your minidump files created during 'blue screen
of death' crashes, and displays the information about all crashes in one
table. For each crash, BlueScreenView displays the minidump filename, the
date/time of the crash, the basic crash information displayed in the blue
screen (Bug Check Code and 4 parameters), and the details of the driver
or module that possibly caused the crash (filename, product name, file
description, and file version).
For each crash displayed in the upper pane, you can view the details of
the device drivers loaded during the crash in the lower pane.
BlueScreenView also mark the drivers that their addresses found in the
crash stack, so you can easily locate the suspected drivers that possibly
caused the crash.

blue screen issue


after monthes of running system it was fine then on windows 7 it blue screened after looking it over myself and getting advice from local pc shop they suggest upgrading os will fix the issue so I upgraded to win 8.1 and along followed the blue screens now again upgrading after more advice I'm on win 10 and the bluescreens followed as a bad pool error rebooting I have included the requested report please help as spending the $150 the local pc shop wants is my next step
