    Hello o/My cousin has built a new pc and his pc keeps crashing upon the launch of a game called "Sons of the forest". I tried looking into the error log but still cant figure out how to fix it.I tried the following:Updating bios.Updating chipset drivers.Updating GPU and wiping it/reinstalling.Checking for corrupted files. SFC Scannow and health check.The following error shows up.The description for Event ID '56' from source 'Application Popup' was not found. Either the component that triggers this event is not installed on the local computer, or the installation is corrupt. You can install the

    Application Popup Event ID 56 Crash

    Hi guys,

    My PC freezes daily. I can only hard reboot in order to get it working again. Event Viewer (see screenshot below) shows an event just before every crash - Application Popup Error with Event ID 56.

    I have had this issue ever since purchasing my PC 1 year ago and have just lived with it. I have tried resetting and reinstalling everything, nothing helps.

    Any help on how to resolve this would be much appreciated.

    PC Crash/Reboot/Freeze on Video Game Launch

    Hello,

    I built a PC 3 years ago, and haven't had many issues. All of a sudden now when I try to launch a video game my PC either freezes or reboots within the first 3 minutes of launching. Tried multiple games to make sure it wasn't a specific game issue.

    Specs:

    OS: Windows 10 Home 64-bit

    CPU: Intel Core i7 7700K

    RAM: 16 GB Dual-Channel

    Motherboard: MSI Z270 SLI Plus

    GPU: GeForce GTX1080

    Storage: 500 GB Crucial_CT525MX300SSD4

    Storage2: 2 TB Seagate ST2000DM006-2DM164

    PSU: EVGA SuperNOVA 750W G2

    I'm not sure why this is all of a sudden happening now. I haven't changed any hardware or installed any programs recently. I updated all drivers. Uninstaleld & reinstalled GPU drivers. Adjusted power settings per some Google results. Nothing is helping.

    Here is an Event Viewer description of an Error I keep getting prior to crash:

    Then I get a Power-Kernel critical error Event ID 41.
