Windows 10: Pc crashing constantly especially with downloads

Pc started crashing randomly and very frequently and always happens when I try to download something. Whether that be an update or a game it will download for a short time then blue screen and force me to bios. It started happening after upgrading to windows 11. All my drivers and windows are up to date. Reverting to past drivers didn't help and 2 driver&windows updates later its still happening. How do I diagnose the issue?GeForce rtx 3060ti, CPU Intel core i5 10400F, motherboard gigabyte B560 DS3H AC-Y1, bios version American megatrends international, LLC. F9 6/7/23.

Gta 4 crashing constantly

Sup everyone, i seem to be having a very annoying problem. I purchased gta 4 recently and i installed it and it runs quite well, my system is listed in my specs. The problem with the game, is that about +/- 5 minutes of playing, the screen gets funny coloured squares and my whole pc crashes. I have xp sp3 installed. I have tried numerous things like clocking my cpu back to stock but to no avail. My pc is not overheating, thats for sure, i dunno. My mate just told me that it might just be a bug, but it seems strange that i bug in the game would cause my whole pc to crash. Any suggestions?

Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?

 

Explorer.exe crashing constantly

There are several reasons why you've experienced the issue. If all the troubleshooting steps you found did not help, try disabling the Show recently used folders in Quick access and set Open file Explore to this PC. To do so, follow the steps below:

• Open File Explorer.
• On the View tab, select Options drop-down arrow.
• Choose Change folder and search options.
• On General tab, click the drop-down arrow beside Open File Explorer to and select
  This PC.

We also suggest clearing File Explorer in history.
