PC Crashing. - Even Log ID 41 kernel power

As the title suggests, my pc started crashing all of the sudden. I updated to windows 11 a few days ago as windows 10 is no longer receiving updates. I’m assuming it’s a driver issue and not hardware since I’ve used different ram as well as a different power supply and still have the issue. This only started after my update to Windows 11. My PC was built by NZXT, CPU is a AMD Ryzen 5600x with a NVIDIA 3070 GPU. I checked event logs and I'm getting a critical error with ID41 “kernel-Power.

    :)

  2. Kernel-Power event id 41. BugcheckCode 0

    Hello,

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

In-order to get more clarity on this issue and to assist you with appropriate troubleshooting steps, reply with answers to the below questions:

    1. Are you aware of any changes made on your PC, prior to this issue?
    2. Is this issue specific while playing a particular game?
    3. Which edition of Windows are you currently using?

A Kernel Power Event 41 can occur in the following scenarios.

Scenario 1: The computer restarts, and there is a Stop error BugcheckCode in the event data.

Scenario 2: The computer is shut down by pressing and holding the power button.

Scenario 3: The system randomly restarts and no Stop error BugcheckCode is listed, or the computer is completely unresponsive (hard hang).

I suggest you refer the article on Kernel
    Power Event ID 41
and follow the steps for the scenario that is causing this error on your PC.

Additionally, you can refer the article on Windows
Kernel event ID 41 error "The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first" in Windows

    and check if that helps.

Power Kernel 41 Error, During Gaming, Possibly Software?

    Hi storm shadow,

    There are 3 different crashes
    1. A freeze crash
    2. A sudden shutdown/restart crash
    3. A bluescreen crash

A memory dump will only be created when a bluescreen crash occurs.
A kernel event id 41 only means an unexpected power problem has occured what happens with both a shutdown/restart and bluescreen crashes.

I would suggest to check the connection of the components and make sure everything is connected properly to start with.

  4. PC Crashing. - Even Log ID 41 kernel power

    Kernel-Power 41 (63)

I have tested almost everything suggested on the internet. Only thing left which I did not get a chance to experiment was : overclocking and disabling cstate and intel-speedstep in bios

Here is what I have tried

    1. updated display adapters for nvidia and intel
    2. fixed device error related to bluetooth and nvidia intel driver in iobit/tools/device repair
    3. updated the bios from dell.com
    4. cleared tpm.
    5. realtek card reader driver was pointed as faulty by iobit. it is available 07sep2015 release date on dell website
iobit installs it with 03-12-2018 release date
    6. enabled/disabled realtek pcie card reader
    7. disabled bluetooth in windows settings
    8. disabled blutetooth driver in device manager (qualcomm atheros)
    9. defrag hard drives using iobit
    10. mem test
    11. disabled intel r display audio in device manager
    12. experimented with sleep, hibernate and various display settings.
    13. Fix Windows Kernel event id 41 error (6 Quick Steps) | Kernel-Power 41

bthusb error was often seen before the crash in event-viewer. But I probably resolved it by uninstalling bluetooth driver.
