Windows 10: PC crashing/freezing on windows 11

My pc has an RTX 2070 super 32 GB of DDR4 RAM plenty of extra space and an i5-9600K CPU @ 3.70GHz. The problem I am having is playing games like Fortnite or even sometimes just watching videos and or doing school work on Google it freezes and sometimes will unfreeze but lately, it has got worse and led to it completely freezing to the point where I have to fully turn off the computer by the power button I have tried many things, such as getting a new CPU cooler, reducing the thermal paste around the CPU looking for viruses, cleaning the entire PC. I know that my CPU is old but I have had the C

ive watch my temps and both the cpu and gpu are within normal ranges. when it freezes it simply freezes the image and stops the sound. i must reboot to get back to windows.

Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?

 

Windows 11 freezes while booting

Hello, I have a problem with my windows 11.

Sometimes my PC will freeze while boot, it only freezes if I:

• Turn on the PC
  
• Reset PC
  
• Reboot / Restart PC
  
• Restart for update
  
• Enter advance / Recovery mode
  

and how can I solve this problem because I'm resetting this PC. if this problem occurs during the process of course it will be damaged, as well as while updating windows.

Is there any solution for this issue?, i Will appreciate your suggestion.
