Windows 10: Pc crashing IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

This has happened for the first time today, I just download fl studio for free from sketchy website when i was using it all of a sudden my pc crashes, i thought it was intel sur qc because i checked the event viewer and it said A timeout was reached 30000 milliseconds while waiting for intel sur qc to connect and some stuff, but after doing further research with the recent minidump file i checked, intel wasing causing that, i cant seem to find the solution, one person said it was nvidia drives, AMD adrenaline, or ram, heres the results after debugging the minidump file. *********************

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL Crash

My PC keeps crashing, maybe once an hour with the error IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. From the dmp file it seems to refer to WmiPrvSE.exe. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

I suggest you run rthdribl > http://www.daionet.gr.jp/~masa/archives/rthdribl_1_2.zip
Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?

 

Irql_not_less_or_equal

So I have this clients PC that blue screens and gives a IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL STOP 0x0000000A error message. Error Goblin (link in sig) says the following:

And I have NO IDEA what the hell that means. It has wrapped around my head 5 times and caused it to explode. Ive ran memtest for 7 and a half hours and it didnt find any errors. I will probably run it again overnight just to be safe. Ive also cleaned out the computer with an air compressor and checked the hard drive for bad sectors are none are to be found.

Im trying like hell to avoid reinstalling Windows but it seems unlikely.

Im going to try updating some drivers and see what happens. Some of the drivers on this computer date back to 2007.

Suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Alright so it doesnt look like ill be able to get onto the internet to do anything because nearly every time i try, i get the BSOD. Format seems imminent.
